HOMEOWNER CHOOSES SUMMERFIELDS FRIENDLY VILLAGE
AS PLACE TO CALL HOME

WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ- “As soon as the house was ready, I brought in my bed and slept there the first night. I didn’t even have a glass to drink out of the next morning, but I was so happy to have bought a home here I wanted to move in right away!”

Without exaggerating, this is what Vincent D. Iezzi says he did back in November 2004 when he bought his Rosewood model home at SummerFields Friendly Village in Williamstown, NJ. Now more than a year and a half later, Iezzi says he is enjoying his life in the relaxing neighborhood and feels it was the perfect choice for him.

“I lived in South Philadelphia for 68 years and felt it was time to settle into a quieter, more accessible community, so I started looking for a house,” Iezzi explains. “ I wasn’t sure about moving into New Jersey, but my cousin heard about SummerFields Friendly Village and recommended it to me. The minute I visited the community, I loved it and knew this would be the place to call home. It’s beautiful, serene, I have great neighbors, and the sales staff and management are very friendly and helpful.”

Iezzi mentions that not only is his home aesthetically appealing, but it also accommodates his needs. Having trouble with his knees, he says the one-step front porch and additional garage make it easy to enter and leave his home, while the ranch-style house’s open floorplan provides lots of comfortable space to move around. Other great opportunities of living at SummerFields for Iezzi and other residents are the many social activities they offer. The community has a grand clubhouse where there is a TV room, a great room where they hold meetings and dances, and there is also a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor swimming pool. He takes part in the Town Watch program and attends the MHOA (Manufactured Home Owners Association) meetings where he says they keep him up-to-date with happenings in the neighborhood. Iezzi also comments on the surrounding community and its advantages.

“The area is very nice and it is convenient for me,” he explains. “I have my doctors office right nearby, and there are many stores and restaurants with many parking spaces available. It’s just a wonderful place and I’d refer anyone to SummerFields Friendly Village. In fact, I’ve already given some friends who’ve visited the brochure and they are very impressed.”

SummerFields Friendly Village is developed and managed by The Temple Companies, an award-winning builder of manufactured home communities across the country.
